R3’s Network Consultants now have easy access to report on their onsite shifts using the convenient mobile app, R3SPONSE. Through this app, consultants can view and manage case-related needs in real-time, improving their R3 experience with enhanced access to information, training, and available cases. Join the R3SPONSE app community today!

• Access real-time available shifts in your area by entering the app or receiving app notifications.
• Retrieve on-demand case data with links to your device’s calendar, mapping software, and contact details.
• Obtain onsite contact signatures digitally instead of using printed time sheets.
• Access reporting features within the app as an alternative to the online portal.
• Explore brief (3-5 minute) training videos for incident-specific techniques and consultant tips.
• View and update your personal information, including editing details, viewing rates, and accessing up-to-date credentialing documents.
• Track payment information, available to all independently contracted consultants.

Current network consultants can log in using their existing username and password from the consultant portal. First-time users can create an account by visiting https://ecm.r3continuum.com/portal. Follow the directions to create a password by entering your email address and zip code. After that, use the email link to set a unique and secure password, which will also be used for the mobile app. Once completed, your account will be activated with access to all the highlighted features mentioned above!
